For the hungry family or families, our whole beast (whole cow) is the way to go. Our whole beef option weighs approximately 180kg - 190kg and will last a family 6-12 months. A whole side of beef will cost approximately $3,600 - $3,800 depending on the weight of the animal @ $20/kg. All cuts are cryovaced and labelled by cut for your convenience.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our price per/kg excludes bones. Most meat suppliers will include bones in their quoted bulk price per/kg. We have a separate option to add a box of bones to your order if you wish, at no extra cost - simply add a bone box to your cart and it will be free at the checkout. We are mindful that most people have limited freezer space.
Deposit payment: A $100 deposit is required to secure your order.

What's in your meat box?
Eye fillet steak, porterhouse steak, scotch fillet steak, rump steak, t-bone steak, oyster blade steak, osso buco, topside steak, brisket, ribs, diced beef, blade roast, mince, gravy beef, sausages
Bones are NOT included as we are mindful most people have limited freezer space. Simply add a bone box to your order and it will be free at the checkout.

Freezer space needed?
A whole beef box is about 8 boxes. It will fit inside a large chest freezer.
TIP: If you are short on freezer space but want best value for money you could split the order between 3-4 families (you might not want to after you've had a taste!).

When will I receive my order?
Approximately 3-4 weeks after you submit your order. Our meat ages for up to 14 days. We will contact you at the beginning of the week to organise a delivery time for that coming Saturday morning.
Once delivery is scheduled, we will invoice you for the final weight of your order. You can opt to pay the invoice directly or select to pay by card or cash on the day of delivery.
