The quarter beast (quarter of a cow) is an even split of a whole beast so you can enjoy all cuts. Our quarter side of beef weighs approximately 40 – 50kg and will last a family 3 to 5 months. A quarter side of beef will cost approximately $850 to $1,050 depending on the weight of the animal @ $21/kg. All cuts are cryovacd and labelled by cut for your convenience.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our price per/kg excludes bones. Most meat suppliers will include bones in their quoted bulk price per/kg. We have a separate option to add a box of bones to your order if you wish, at no extra cost - simply add a bone box to your cart and it will be free at the checkout. We are mindful that most people have limited freezer space.
Payment: A $100 deposit is required to secure your order.

What's in your meat box?
Eye fillet steak, porterhouse steak, scotch fillet steak, rump steak, t-bone steak, oyster blade steak, osso buco, topside steak, brisket, ribs, diced beef, blade roast, mince, gravy beef, sausages
Bones are NOT included as we are mindful most people have limited freezer space. Simply add a bone box to your cart and it will be free at the checkout.

Freezer space needed?
A quarter beef box is about 2 boxes. It will fit inside a small chest freezer (approx 150L capacity)

When will I receive my order?
Approximately 3-4 weeks after you submit your order. Our meat ages for up to 14 days. We will contact you at the beginning of the week to organise a delivery time for that coming Saturday morning.
Once delivery is scheduled, we will invoice you for the final weight of your order. You can opt to pay the remaining balance directly or select to pay by card or cash on the day of delivery.
